Sleep Over Part 1

We let Alex have her friend Larkin over for a sleep over last night. She didn't go to bed until 1045pm. Then was up numerous times during the night. Yes, this is an early morning post, Larkin was up at 545am. Sleep Over part 1 may be the only edition ever!

Funny Statement

Alex came up with a great one the other day. The living room was a mess and she told Michelle that Daddy needed dark glasses. When Michelle asked why, she said so that Daddy couldn't see the mess when he got home!

1. The Haunting in Connecticut
Very good, another based on a true story. I was at the video store Friday and there is some kind of documentary, "ghost hunter" type move about this event. Will have to check it out. Highly recommend the movie.

Just ordered some Samuel Adams Sensory Beer Glasses. Will post an update when I get them and try them out!

Movie Recommendations

Have caught up on some horror flics while my family is out of town

1. Quarantine
Loved it. Kept me on the edge of my seat the entire time, not scary by any means, but the viewpoint from the tv crew camera makes the film!

2. The Strangers
If this was based on true events, I will never own a summer home! This film gives you that "I'm getting an ulcer as we speak" feeling in your stomach. Great stuff!

3. Exorcist The Beginning
Terrible, not worth typing about it.

This Could be Bad News for USA - Mexico 12 Aug.

Hopefully something will be worked out in the states for those of us who want to watch!
